Service Policy

What you can expect from us on every restoration job — from the first phone call to the final walkthrough.

1. Service Area

We provide water damage, mold, fire and smoke, and storm damage services in Bixby, Oklahoma and surrounding Tulsa metro communities. Jobs outside our standard radius may be accepted at our discretion and can carry additional travel time.

2. Emergency Dispatch

Our emergency line is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Dispatch times depend on crew availability, weather, road conditions, and how many active jobs are in progress. Any arrival window we quote by phone is an estimate, not a guarantee.

3. On-Site Assessment

A technician documents affected areas with photos, moisture readings, and notes before work begins. We review the findings with you and explain the recommended scope of work before equipment is placed or demolition starts.

4. Estimates and Approvals

Work is performed only after you approve the scope in writing or electronically. If hidden damage is discovered after work begins, we stop, document it, and get your approval for the revised scope before continuing.

5. Equipment and Monitoring

Drying equipment stays on site until moisture targets are met. Equipment remains our property and must not be moved, unplugged, or turned off without our approval, as this can extend drying time and increase damage.

6. Insurance Claims

We can provide documentation, photos, and itemized scopes to support your claim and can communicate with your adjuster. Coverage decisions are made by your insurance carrier, not by us. You remain responsible for deductibles and any amounts your policy does not cover.

7. Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe access to the property, including utilities where needed. If conditions are unsafe — structural instability, live electrical hazards, or contaminated water — we may pause work until the hazard is resolved.

8. Scheduling, Delays, and Cancellations

Non-emergency appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled by calling us. Severe weather events can shift non-emergency schedules; we will notify you as soon as we know. Charges may apply for work already performed or equipment already placed.

9. Payment

Payment terms are stated on your estimate or work authorization. Balances are due as outlined in that document, including any insurance deductible.

10. Concerns and Follow-Up

If something is not right, call us at (918) 902-9789 or email brent@sparhs.com and we will schedule a follow-up visit to review the work with you.
